Update OMETiffWriter to automatically switch to BigTIFF

Description

Same as #6589 but for OME-TIFF.

See discussion in ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/1744

This is to add '.ome.tf2', '.ome.tf8' and '.ome.btf' extensions to the OME-TIFF specification, and the reader and writer, which will allow BigTIFF support to be automatically enable when the extensions are used (especially for writing). And to also automatically enable BigTIFF when the image data is >4GiB.
