r4191 fixes the infinite dot issue:
$ bin/omero admin start Waiting on startup. Use CTRL-C to exit ........................................................................ (etc)
with
#!sh $ bin/omero admin start Waiting on startup. Use CTRL-C to exit .................................Failed to startup after 5 minutes

- Milestone changed from OMERO-Beta4.0.1 to Future
Much of this has been improved for 4.0.1, but more to do. Pushing to Future for review as discussed on conf call.

Several improvements have been made to the CLI error handling. Closing this. We can reopen tickets/cards for specific errors.
