Bug: no scrolling in tree view

Description
In Linux when I use trout-latest Insight and expand a few projects and datasets so that the tree view is taller than what is displayed, I appear to have no way to scroll down to see the lower items in the tree.

I think it turned out to be a brief problem, not Linux specific and was fixed in a PR. I'll double-check though this afternoon.

Yes, it's fine now, probably part of the recent work on horizontal resizing.

It seems that problem was introduced before the 5.1.2 release.
