Description

Reported during 5.1.1 release testing by @bramalingam:

Minor Edge case: If the bioformats_package.jar has any extension like bioformats_package-*.jar the omero-ij plugin throws a dialog requesting the user to add bioformats_package/loci-tools.jar to the plugins folder. Bioformats handles this case better, it identifies the jar irrespective of the extension. Worth the fix for future releases.
