Looks like default group setting seems to be stuck on the same group and whatever he does he seems to be unable to change this setting, it keeps reverting back. We tried changing his default group from WEB that had an effect but then when logging in to Insight it set back. Interestingly, when he logged in on Michael's laptop, insight displayed the new group data.

Is there any local config Insight save locally? Looks like when you log in to insight, it picks up previous value and save it back to the server, overwriting existing settings.
