RFE: Plate Acquisition in web UI

Description
We have gone away from exposing Plate Acqusition in the Web and Insight UIs, replacing it with Plate Run.
Now, on trout latest and merge, if Plate Run is clicked, in the General pane you see:
Plate Run 1232
Acquisition ID: 1232
Owner: user-4 user-4
Plate Run ID: 1351 <here is a link>
Owner: user-4 user-4

Suggestion:
- Remove the mention of P. Acquisition,
- Do not confuse the user with doubling the info on Plate Run with Acquisition (double owner, double ID listing - or is it a bug ?)
- Remove the special link to the plate Run, as we have it in the top line already ???
