Bug: Owned by Other Users warning in web when not owned by other users

Description
When trying to delete an image in OMERO.web 5.1.3:
The Delete dialogue has red text Warning: Some objects you selected are owned by other users.
Using the OSX client to try to delete the same image the delete dialogue does NOT show this warning.
The image was newly uploaded, and definitely only belongs to me (in a private group).
Server Nightshade, OMERO 5.1.3 release. OSX client 5.1.3 for comparison.
