Description
In Bio-formats exporter, an ellipse drawn on a specific t plane will have after export using BF exporter a wrong plane associated to it.
Workflow:
- open using BF in ImageJ image test_images_good/dv/IAGFP...dv
- draw an ellipse region on plane z = 2, t = 7
- add the ellipse to ROI manager
- check that in ROI manager > Properties the Position is given as 1, 2, 7 (if it is not, make it so and confirm with OK)
- Export using BF checking the Save ROI box (default)
- reimport the image ticking the "Show XML" and "Show ROI" boxes
- Check that in ROI manager the Properties, Position should be 1,2,7 but in fact is 1,2,8
- also in XML the "t" is 7 (should be 6, TheT in XML = t - 1)
