Edit trac db so that all tickets with null milestone are in Unscheduled.

Description
I created an Unscheduled milestone which is now the default. That'll show up in the roadmap. If we could move all existing non-scheduled (milestone is null) tickets to it, we'd hopefully have a bit of what you wanted.
