You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
In the above-mentioned QA, the .esf/.SEQ files are the original data and the .tif is exported from the EasyRatioPro? software for validation. I'd expect the pixel data to be stored uncompressed in the .SEQ file, start from offset 0x400. This will require some patience with a hex editor, but doesn't appear to be too tricky - probably not a great first reader, but maybe a good first "not easy" reader.
