Description

Basic server-side support consists almost solely of having working Hibernate tables to be able to support both our own ROIs as well as those from various file formats.

r4264 has these files. See source:trunk/examples/RegionsOfInterest/Main.java for example usage.

Note: as we work with the ROIs, there will certainly be changes that must be made. File new tickets for these as necessary.
