During the testing of the https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/4236.

save to all issue:
Change rendering settings : Click on Save to all .. Nothing happens.
Now click on Save (this save the Rendering settings on the current image), and then click on Save to all, this applies the settings to all the images under the dataset.
Note that the problem was detected only in the setup where eel merge web client was connected to eel merge server. (when cowfish/integration client was used, the behavour was as expected).
