As a follow-on to #1305 and #1306, functionality related to ROIs should be pushed to the server, including:

  • querying rois (#1306)
  • creating rois
  • acquiring only the pixels within a shape
  • getting measurements for a shape

r4345 has the first service implementation. Only method:

  • findByIntersection(imageId, Shape, RoiOptions)
