BUG: OME-Tiff import silently fails

Reported by: dlindner Owned by: dlindner
Priority: minor Milestone: Unscheduled
Component: Import Version: OMERO-5.2.0

Description

When trying to reproduce https://trac.openmicroscopy.org/ome/ticket/12955 I noticed that I can't import the example file any more (I'm pretty sure I was able to import the file previously with an older build). The import fails silently, there's no error message. It seems to be imported "half way", i. e. it gets uploaded into the managed repo, but doesn't get linked to a dataset (and it's not in orphaned).
Other ome-tifs work fine, it's specific for this image (note: it's an artificial image created Ian).

Sorry, it gets imported without problems, as plate and therefore of course not linked to a dataset. That's really confusing in Insight, you import something and it just seems to disappear (if you're not on the SPW tree).
