RFE: Removal of tags too slow

Description
In both Insight and Web, removal of a tag from 200 (Web) or 300 (Insight) images takes minutes to complete. Both clients are not making a great job of displaying what is going on (insight has a spinner, but Web has nothing).
Additionally, web times out after 30 secs, ending in Network POST reporting 502 error (timeout). This results in Web not taking the (successfully) deleted tag off display on right-hand pane.
In Insight, the behaviour is such that the spinner is spinning much longer that the action actually takes.

Both clients seem to unlink the tags image-by-image instead of in one bulk Delete2.

In Insight I'd guess it's OmeroDataServiceImpl.delete that is actually performing the deletion.

this will have to be moved to "regions" since some of the work has already started in order to no longer used the deprecated methods of Requests class

Note: Remove Tag in Web and Remove All Tags in Insight commands were used.
