  • Open the files in Zen, the images are different
  • Select the directory QA 17056, only 2 images are found by importCandidates. The folder contains 9 images.
    • The problem is due to the name of the files i.e. WT 0 (2).czi
    • I replace the space by underscore locally
    • The files are correctly detected and the images are then correctly imported.
