Imspector .msr file loads with wrong time-base, No of channels.and Z/T mixed up.

Description
File "2 channels FLIM time-series.msr" in QA-17101 loads. However the time-base in the ModuloAlong? annotation runs from 0-1ps which is clearly wrong.
The user reports : 3) 2 channels FLIM time series: The 5 z planes are in fact 5 time points (every 5 s). The decay looks ok as for the no. of FLIM channels, but the time per FLIM channel should be 220.875 ps, not 0.1695 ps. The decay of the second channel is missing.
