Imspector .msr files load incorrectly.

Description
QA-17102 contains 3 .msr file examples.(zipped)
User reports that file " 1 channel binning 8 time series.msr" The image is loaded with 59 z planes, when there should be 59 FLIM channels. There is only an option for 1 time point to be read, when there should be 11 time points.
There are 59 images in the series, and 11 points in the decay, and they should be the other way around.
Also for the binning 8 images, the time per FLIM channel should be 220.875 ps, not 0.1695 ps
For the file "2 channels FLIM z stack.msr": 7 z planes is correct, the no. of FLIM channels in the image is correct (59), but the time per FLIM channel should be 220.875 ps, not 0.1695 ps. The second channel (decay) is missing
