Imspector .msr FLIM t dimension seems to be interpreted as x

@mpikg.mpg.de report that this .msr file QA 17111 cannot be opened by FLIMfit.
They are expecting 43 images each of 256x256 pixels with 266 time bins (not 256 time bins).
Bio-Formats sees 256 z-planes of 256 x 266 pixels in each image and fails to create a ModuloAlong? annotation.

Looking through this file with a text editor the string "SPCM" occurs 73 times frequently as "SPCM Is Active". If this refers to http://www.becker-hickl.com/software/spcm.htm then this would definitely be consistent with this file being FLIM data.

"We use a STED system from Abberior in Gottingen which has B&H TCSPC card for FLIM (which is what I am using it for).
the machine comes with this version:

After investigation, the .msr file is not a Imspector file?(https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/bio-formats5.1/formats/lavision-imspector.html) but rather an OBF file?(https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/bio-formats5.1/formats/imspector-obf.html). It is unclear at this point whether the data is supposed to be containing FLIM data or not and more information is needed.
