ImageJ Plugin - Image crop not working with Virtual stack

Issue reported by user on ImageJ forums - http://forum.imagej.net/t/bug-when-cropping-virtual-stack/1460/5
When virtual stack is selected using the Bio-Formats plugin for Fiji, then using Image -> Crop will showed the same cropped image for each frame.
To test -
Load an image series with the Bio-Formats plugin without using virtual stack.
Draw a selection and select Image -> Crop
Play through the series and verify that each frame loads as expected.
Repeat using the virtual stack option in the Bio-Formats importer
Verify that the same frame is repeated when playing through the cropped series
