RFE: Selection on plate and run gets lost

Description
In Insight
- import a plate
- select a well (e.g. you want to check the RHP info on the well)
- observe that the plate selection in the tree is gone as you selected the well
- the same holds true if you select a Run followed by Well selection
- this is different from Web, where the selection in the tree for plates and runs persists even as you select the well(s)
