OMERO.insight-ij plugin - charToByteConverterClass warning

Issue was reported in forum thread - https://www.openmicroscopy.org/community/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=8064
On opening an ome-tiff from Fiji using Plugins->Bio-Formats->Bio-Formats Importer the following warning is displayed:
"Warning: Could not get charToByteConverterClass" on my first attempt to open the file.
After investigation we were able to determined that the warning only displays when the OMERO.insight-ij plugin is present in the Fiji plugins folder.
It looks as though the issue may be related to Xalan - https://github.com/zxlooong/jdk14219/blob/b9422ce246ee463a24e55f3e91797b33862c9d4c/org/apache/xalan/serialize/Encodings.java#L162
