Bug: "Apply" button seems to ignore port change for server

Description
- log into a server using Insight
- log out and restart, or switch user -- get back to login window
- click wrench for server list
- change port number for same server we were just logged into
- try to click back on to that server
- see that "Apply" is now grayed out
This leaves the user wondering if "cancel" canceled the port change too.
