BUG: Tags tab in Group view Insight

Description
The tags tab is not in sync with display group/users menu.
Login to eel as user-4. Go to read-only-1 group (default).
Use the Group/User? menu now to put all the users on display.
This works as expected.
Now, in the Group/User? menu switch the "Display Users" off (see screenshot1).
This will also switch off all the users except user-4 (yourself).
Now switch "All members" on, trying to get all users tags to display, but not sorted by user.
Observe that you have now the users strangely listed as if they would be tagged by the last tag (see screenshot2).
