RFE: Mulitselect-right-hand pane insight

Description
If items where you cannot annotate are selected in Insight, the user experience is much worse than in Web.
- if any annotations are present, you cannot see these, the field is blank white
- the message does not tell you anything, it encourages you to add annotations (which you cannot do) instead of telling you "cannot annotate this" as web does.
See attached screenshot, the same Projects are selected as user-4 in read-only-1 (Projects not belonging to user-4).
On the left of the screenshot is the situation in Insight, on the right in Web.
