Compared image sizes for most images under the folder between OMERO 5.2.5(BF 5.1.10) and Olympus viewer:
Image sizes for all of the images under olympus viewer : 1920*1440
Image sizes for all images in BF : 512*384
Was able to reproduce the bug in FIJI (BF 5.2.1) as well.

An additional report of this bug has been received in QA-17633. This was tested with Bio-Formats 5.3.3
In this case the expected image size was 2560x1920
From parsing the file there were 2 IFD's present, the first which Bio-Formats was using with a size of 512x384 and the second with 2560x1920 which is the expected value.
