BUG: Insight not saving Key-value pairs

This was noticed by Michael and reproduced by myself.
Problem is it is very intermittent and I have only managed to reproduce the first time a K-V pair is added in a session.
Both Michael and I reproduced using Windows Insight - Michael with 5.2.5 myself with 5.3.0 build 434
Workflow:
Click into empty Key field - no other K-V pairs on object
Use arrow keys (may also happen with tabbing) to move to Value field then next Key field and so on
Without hitting return, click out of KV fields
K-V pairs can still be seen
Go to Search or to other image - K-V pairs are not saved to image - no K-V pairs when image opened again and none found on search.
Appreciate that this is difficult to deal with as it is so intermittent, but worth bearing in mind and looked out for during other testing.
