BUG: Copy and Paste helper buttons web

Description
The Copy and Paste helper buttons in Full Viewer in Web do not work.
- copy Rendering settings from an image
- open another image in Full Viewer
- Do NOT open the Edit dialog in the Full Viewer, instead
- Click on Paste button in the left-hand side of Full Viewer
- observe that the Paste button had no effect -> not expected
- note that if you now open Edit dialog in Full Viewer and use the Paste button there, the action proceeds as expected
- make analogous workflow for the Copy button in Full Viewer (the Copy button which is not inside the Edit box) and observe that the button does not really copy the Rnd settings -> not expected.
