Add "hidden" flag to remove objects from the user interface (in default cast)

Description

For supporting,

  • archiving
  • developer-only annotations
  • delete trash can

a "hidden" flag in the permissions column of all rows could be added.

Open questions:

  • what does the API look like for finding hidden objects
  • what type of provenance (eventlog.action) needs to be recorded
