processor.py does not shutdown timely

Description

This may be the cause of many of the:

 bin/omero admin stop
 bin/omero admin stop
 bin/omero admin start

failures.

r1391 should significantly speed up shutdown. (From 1-2 minutes to <5 seconds in the simplest case). If other examples of process-shutdown taking too long arise, please re-open or open a new ticket. Logs are always welcome.
