Add omero.client internal keep alive support

Description
Especially in the command-line environments (OmeroPy and OmeroMatlab), having sessions die is frustrating (when going to get a coffee). It should be simple to enable basic keep alive from these shells:
omero_client.enableKeepAlive( someNumberOfSeconds )

r4603 includes client.enableKeepAlive() for OmeroJava and OmeroPy. A better solution for OmeroMatlab was included in r4725:
