Add matlab runner for running matlab tests
The OmeroMatlab examples (under source:trunk/examples as described in OmeroExamples) should be periodically run with the rest of the omero-examples hudson job. This will require matlab installed on some server resource.

Just a heads up: there's also a good deal of server side code that will need to be changed here. For example, the query run by bin/omero script list will only pick up "*.py" files not "*.m" files.
