Description
There are use cases for editing owner and group on mutable items, but not for editing CreationEvent. The check that is currently in UpdateFilter can be removed once this is being done at the DB level.

r827 makes them immutable by an explicit check in BasicSecuritySystem.managedEvent(). This was attempted through the Hibernate mapping files, but various magic (like dynamic-update) is needed to make it work. This check is simple and authorative.
Tied to #156 (system types) though will also require a mapping.vm/db update.
