IEnum.value should be unique.

Currently it is possible to define multiple enumerations with the same value. This should at least throw an exception. It would be optimal, though, if two enumerations with the same value would automatically be mapped to the same row.

r785 implements this. Some tests may fail but this was a bug all along. Fix the tests (and use IAdmin/#44) Closing.
