Description
Following Wednesday meeting 02/09:
Create a companion file (txt file) containing all the metadata read by BF, and link it to the image.
This will be very important for EM data b/c we do have tables to store metadata.

Initial implementation in r4818. This is enabled by default and will link an "original_metadata.txt" to each Image imported via a FileAnnotation? with the companion file namespace.
The Importer GUI and CLI now needs to be adjusted to toggle this feature on/off.
