With 5.1.0, C++ builds are now all in cmake.

This is not completely straightforward. Ice only adds the installation directory for a given version. I currently have:
Add to this that each Ice installation has both 32 and 64 bit (bin/x64, lib/x64, etc) and it becomes more complicated. This will need work.
