Reduce index logging.

The easiest solution is most likely to use a second log configuration, i.e. not etc/log4j.xml

Both the windows definitions in templates.xml and the plugin: source:trunk/components/tools/OmeroPy/src/omero/plugins/server.py will need to be changed.

r5457 significantly reduces logging for the indexer.
