Refactor DropBox to also allow configuring a "single-user" directory.

Description

For integration with acquisition systems, it will be necessary to say some root directory, e.g.:

  Z:\

is a DropBox? and will import as a specific user. This should be possible by subclassing fsDBMC and overriding the getExperimenterFromPath() method to always return the same value (if the file is contained in the proper root, of course)
