Print out server location and speeds in client logs

Description
If the initial login handshake included a speed test (downloading 100KB or whatever), we could print the IP and the estimated overhead in all of our log files to understand why some things take as long as they do.
Note: for FlexReader? it might also make sense to print the overhead to the mount servers.
