Description
When any of our client-facing applications (such as Shoola, Ressurect, or the import tool) recieve an exception or error message, the user should be presented with a dialog box giving them the option to add a short comment and then submit the bug to the developers. This message would send an HTTP post to a mysql/php tracking system where the bug is recorded for the developers to review.
