Has this been sorted, was this the bug to do with converting colours to/from RGBA/ARGB

Not seen it - but a couple of possibilities occurs to me:

  • Either there was incomplete metadata exported & imported (setting the colours can use all the filters, exWave emWave etc)
  • OR the strategy we use to colour the channels changed between the 2 imports? E.g. we have adjusted cut-offs between different colours etc.

Checked with [5c994a782e8520006f2d350f8830a9ecced793e3/ome.git] using Flex and MIAS round trips. Where channel colours or channel wavelengths are present colours are preserved. Closing as invalid.
