QUICKSTART.bat *still* doesn't permit multiple servers to run

Description

The use of bin\omero config def <foo> is a race condition causing multiple servers to possibly use the wrong configuration. For the moment it should be considered dangerous to start two OMERO instances (bin\omero admin start) at the same time on Windows.

I would have thought these files were removed (in favor of omero-install). Happy to leave them there if they're useful, but likely they are horribly out-of-date.

I vote for deleting docs/QUICKSTART.bat docs/QUICKSTART.txt (and docs/OpenSourceDocs.odt?)
