Not every file has an original_metadata file. This ticket could be closed as part of the FS work since the original_metadata will not be created

J-m: are you ok with the OMERO4 data keeping the annotation, or should we think of some strategy post beta2?

We can keep the annotation for Beta 4 data, I will need to check the code.
When adding a method for downloading archive we should add one for original metadata at the same time.
