This is the central place to document the requirements and tickets for support of EM in OMERO.

I will link to other tickets for the actual work.

Key requirements for EM:

  • Need to describe processing workflows, from raw images to single-particle EM-map. This will build on Image-Image links, #1650, but may also need additional annotation types?
  • Investigate interaction between OMERO and Single-Particle software #1739.
