Description
CellProfiler? should have a better HCS integration with OMERO.
There should be loadPlate, and uploadFeature methods.
The loadPlate should process a whole HCS plate on OMERO. The uploadFeatures method should populate OmeroTables object associated with the roi data in Omero.
