GetImages fails to fetch Image.defaultPixels

Description
Whereas previously, all IPojos methods would fill the defaultPixels field of Image, there are now nulls being returned.

r752 uploads a passing test. Was this fixed at some point and we didn't notice it? Or is the test not accurate?

More specifically I "just added" the fix in r727 because of a comment from Jean-Marie. The test, however, was broken. Writing a new test "fixed" this in that it should it to work. Since 6/23. Ha!

In addition, Resurrect has not been properly filling out this field, it is fixed in r755.
