Upload an EMAN2 bdb single-particle workflow hierarchy to OMERO

E.g.
root
- images.mrc
- particles (folder)
- e2boxercache (folder)
Create Project called 'root', upload images.mrc into Dataset called 'raw_data'.
Then move to particles folder and use a command like
wjm:EMAN2 will$ e2bdb.py bdb:/Users/will/Documents/EM-data/EMAN2-tutorial/eman_demo/raw_data/particles
to list all the bdb in the folder. Create a Dataset for each and upload the images.
Extend the eman2omero.py to include this hierarchy functionality.
