Description
Second round of meeting with MP and IP for feedback on Figure export scripts. These are script changes. UI (Insight) changes are http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/shoola/ticket/1201
Split View Figure
- Order of channel names in Split-View figure merged panel, should be sorted and text-gap bit smaller.
ROI Movie Figure?
- Need a different dialog for movies of ROIs.
- Use the same script as ROI Figure.
- Additional parameter: optional "max columns" (similar to thumbnail figure).
- Additional parameter: showRoiDuration if true, times shown are from the start of the ROI frames, otherwise use movie timestamp.
- Only show ROI frames for which shapes exist (not every frame for the ROI time range)
ROI Figure
- If width of ROI panels is same as primary image, don't add column labels? Then, if user has made all ROIs same width, figure won't have unnecessary labels on each row.
