This is the central place to document ​insight#1738 the requirements and tickets for support of EM in OMERO.

At this stage, we are investigating various ways to support EM work in OMERO. Some of this work may result in Preview features for the 4.2 release.

Usage

It is intended that OMERO can be used as a data repository for EM images, in particular for use in a Single Particle Analysis workflow. Most of the functionality will initially be developed as Python scripts (client scripts OR scripting service scripts) run from the command line.
