Import of ".map" files as with MRC importer

Description
Need to add the ".map" extension to be recognised by the MRC importer (currently recognises only ".mrc" files).
This would save me having to rename all my .map files in order to import them.

Should be fixed with the merge of OMERO Bio-Formats cleanup branch in r6410. Re-open as necessary.
